WOW! Did I hear correctly? That the lady died (HOW?) the day she was to testify?
I got these documents for the review which as read them, is another way for the banksters to extract information from you so they can go and do corrective actions to their falsified fraudulent docs they filed in their initial lawsuits.

Like I said,, the Good Lord continus to hear our cries and is exposing the underworld of these creatures.

It is an ongoing criminal racket…!! They are the mafia. Where is the FBI? They should be shutting them all down…! Bravo to this news station for shining a light on this massive conspiracy. They are stealing our homes that they have no legal right to take with impunity to try and cpver up for their massive mortgage fraud crimes…!

I believe that is referred to as a “Gresham’s Dynamic.” Where the criminal element pushes out the legitimate.

I hope Masto still has enough information, and admissible evidence, to press forward with her suit, AND obtain convictions.

I have recently become associated with a licensed Investigative Agency specializing in mortgage fraud (the MANY different types). We will be launching nationally next week, including a website. I took my own case against Deutsche Bank to the court of appeals and WON (I was denied a trial by the lower court so appellate level litigation was the only “next step” available). I am very familiar with the numerous types of fraud involved (fraud in origination, servicing related fraud, manufactured foreclosures, fraud on the courts, robosigning, roboperjury, roboforgery, etc.). Knowing the facts, and being able to prove them, is a very powerful position to be in. If you, or someone you know, has been victimized by mortgage fraud of any type please have them contact me, Glenn Augenstein, at Glenn.bpia@gmail.com. Initial consultations are free.

  5. Pamela Edwards says:

People are missing the point the whole mortgage industry is this way,no exceptions. The people that did have morals and values quit the industry long ago. What remains is people who are more interested in keeping thier jobs, than in the moral and ethical value that they owe thier customers.Every facet of the industry has been compromised.Trust will be a long time off if it is ever attainable again. We as customers were too trusting that someone would get the job done for us,instead of doing it for ourselves.Where to go from here.
