Florida Default Law Group Files Foreclosure on 90-Year-Old Woman’s Reverse Mortgage for Code Violation

An elderly woman is facing foreclosure in the place she has called home for most of her life.
Ninety-year-old Rosalee Green has lived in her Southwest Miami-Dade residence about 57 years, the majority of her life. However, the nonagenarian may be evicted from her home due to a code violation. “I’ve been here this long. Where am I going to go? I’m 90 years old,” said Rosalee Green. “I want to stay in my house.”
Green was recently served with papers that said she defaulted on a reverse mortgage, which allowed her to take a lump-sum payment against her home’s equity without having to pay back the money. “They said that I didn’t have to pay anything until, if I die, whoever lives here would take over, and so, I figured that was it,” she said.

The local media reporting another Chase bank was robbed in Chicago today…the robbery is no doubt out of desparation and these very banks caused that desparation.

Yet the Government nor law enforcement is doing nothing to stop it…That proves to me that this is a plan…to steal everything from the people…The fact that the elderly have to reverse mortgage out of their homes in order to afford to live in this world and hand these criminals back what they worked their entire lives for proves the entire system is a complete and utter failure…The system is rigged for failure of the 99% so they can steal back everything that you earn for themselves and their criminal friends on Wall Street…Remember what George Carlin said? Next they are coming for your PENSION MONEY, YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY MONEY…AND THEY ARE GONNA GET IT…!

Whenever I see a commercial for a reverse mortgage I think it is a disgrace that this Government is soo corrupt that the elderly are reduced to this in their golden years…SS, and MEDICARE IS NOT ENOUGH TO LIVE IN THIS PERVERSE AND CRIMINAL SOCIETY SO THE CRIMINALS WHO HAVE HIJACKED THIS COUNTRY, STEAL WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT WITH A REVERSE MORTGAGE…

Like the commercial for a reverse mortgage when Robert Wagner says and you can stay in your home until the day that you die… WELL HOW GENEROUS OF THE DIRTY, GREEDY, CRIMINAL BASTARDS!! “Just sign Grandma, and the U.S. GOVERNMENT promises to protect you from the GREEDY BANKS..and we won’t throw you out into the street in your old age..!” YEAH RIGHT! These bastards need to go to prison..and the stolen wealth and homes returned to the American people!!
