A few questions if anyone has some ideas:

1 – Who are the aggrieved persons who will be compensated – are homeowners included?

2 – Were age and gender or other classifications of plausibly injured persons identified in terns of discrimination or targeting – - its good that race was recognized, for example.

      Thank you for any replies.,
