    My loan was allegedly securitized in 2003 and is awash in fraud. I can also PROVE they NEVER owned the loan and it was NEVER securitized. I believe If a reputable attorney were to write a sound and logical petition many people would be on board. It should include the years 2003 and 2004. Any ethical lawyers game?

      Max Keiser has a good name tor those bankrupt banks…suicide bankers….they blow up the economy and they kill themselves……they hide inside of other banks…I found AMCORE BANK….hiding inside of Marshall and Illsley bank….inside of a non secured….not FDIC insured trust called NORTH STAR TRUST….Google it….there are tons of so called failed banks hiding in there…..they are waiting tor their servicers to be granted a fraudclosure so they can get their greedy hands on some more il gotten gains..FRAUD…FRAUD….AND MORE FRAUD….!!!!!!! Why are they bankrupt????? They committed massive fraud…….that’s why!!! AMCORE BANK was the biggest bank failure in Illinois history and were last I heard under investigation for fraud….

    They should not be granted a foreclosures on cloudy title!!!! I brought it to the attention of the attorney for the pretender lender in my commercial property that the title to the property looks like shit……she said…we can foreclose on a cloudy title…..so, she is telling me they can FRAUDCLOSE..BTW….she used to work tor the state AGs. Office as well!!!! These people are incredibly evil….they have no conscience and no respect for the rule of law or our property rights….!!! They are getting away with this and law enforcement is no where to be found…too many people are brainwashed or scaaaaaared and the attorneys will not tell you…what you do not know…can and will hurt you….!!!! PROPERTY LAW IS POWER!!!!! Demand proof they own your loan…..chain of title…..one bogus assignment proves nothing!!!!!

        Called “AHOL 2005-2009″ aka (American Homeowner 2005-2009 Law!) Because the Banks did FRAUD to you and your loan after you signed your contract which makes it ALL INVALID.

        In 2005 thur 2009 All the home loans became SECURITIZED and the BANKS committed the FRAUD. It dosen’t matter if you’re a homeowner and made ALL your payments on time or you didn’t.

        YOUR LOAN WAS SECURITIZED AND SOLD ON WALL STREET. Also Your NOTE and DEED was DESTROYED FOREVER, and You’re probably now paying a SERVICER BANK who was NOT EVEN ELECTED BY A TRUSTEE BY YOUR ORIGINATOR BANK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

        The bank will NEVER reveal to you where the REAL CHAIN of TITLE lies because they fraudulently tried to cover the trail, and steal your home in hopes that us homeowners will not understand, nor investigate the TRUTH of their DECEIT to the American PEOPLE.

        That’s also FRAUD AS WELL…

        1. If the BANKS can’t find the ORIGINAL TITLE to your home, THEN it’s FREE and CLEAR! In addition they have to pay restitution to all the families that they damaged.

        2. If you continued to make your payments and there was FRAUD in your TITLE then your house is FREE and CLEAR without no restitution.

        3. If you were wrongfully evicted b/c of this FRAUD and the BANKS don’t have the TITLE, and the Bank sold your home then the banks have to give you another HOME FREE AND CLEAR with restitution & a FINE!

        FORGET about ALL the the court fees & lawyer cost and back logging the COURTS.
