Bondi’s foreclosure mill request denied, investigation stalled

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s request for the state Supreme Court to weigh in on failed bids to investigate foreclosure mills has been denied.
Bondi had asked in December that the 4th District Court of Appeal, which had quashed subpoenas against two law firms, to certify the question of whether she had the power to investigate the Law Offices of David J. Stern to the Supreme Court. She said in the request that unlawful practices have put homeowners at “considerable risk.”
The 4th DCA denied the request in a Wednesday decision with no explanation.
The request was lauded by some foreclosure defense attorneys and lawmakers as Bondi’s first aggressive move against the firms, which facedallegations of creating fraudulent court documents to foreclose on homes.

What is clear is that the people of Florida is in a state of helplessness and who is supposed to defend them through the rule of law simply has dedicated her time for representing a very small portion of the population (the banks) regardless the future of those who elected her as an intermediary between what is legal and not legal.
What I find contradictory is that people in Florida are voting in the presidential election by a quasi banker or supported by the banks to resolve the situation.
If the bankers have no committed any crime Lucky Luciano is a nun.

Bobbi..did you read my comment from earlier today that I heard on the radio that the sneaky politicians made writing in candidates ILLEGAL down in Fla?…Therefore those votes are not even counted? I couldn’t even believe that one! If its true..I would like to know WHO those lousy traitor politicians are!!!
