More deadlines set in suit against MERS

St. Clair County Circuit Judge Vincent Lopinot set a scheduling order Jan. 23 for parties in a lawsuit against Mortgage Electronic Recording System (MERS).

St. Clair County State’s Attorney Brendan Kelly’s office sued MERS and several major banks in May, alleging they created a shadow mortgage recording system that effectively eliminates the ability to track the purchase and sale of properties through the traditional public records system.

The scheduling order states the defendant’s joint motion to dismiss is due Feb. 15. The plaintiff’s response is due March 18. The defendant’s reply is due April 8.

“The page limits for all three memoranda in the Dec. 6 scheduling order shall remain in effect,” Lopinot’s order stated.

      Husch and Blackwell ( Kit Bond ) non profit fraud happening in stlouis. Let me know if you are the very same person challenging the foreclosure. It seems you went through alot to acquire DUE Process

    1. Highly concern when I was turned down twice on a refinance, by Countrywide. All at once Fifth Third Bank did the refinance. I believe Country-wide look at all the “QUIETIONABLE LOANS” and rush to remove them from their books anyway they could, using known brokers that could get this job done! before the transfer to BANK OF AMERICA. I believe they blind-sided them also…. You see Fifth Third Bank started right away with appraisal imperiling, loan application, and my credit report approving. Then after approval Fifth Third Bank, start with Forced Placed insurance at $500 per month more on the payment, I had automatically take from my checking acct., this caused me to cash in my 401k plans just to cover, later to find out, I had insurance and Fifth Third Bank paid for it out of my escrow…Then Foreclosure with all attempts to refinance with them were refused.
    They were the predator that worked with Countrywide in all these dealings, and ended up unharmed! I want my home back, free and clear with compensation, A.S.A.P.

AFTER MUCHE RESEARCH I LEARNED THIS EUGENE LEICHT THAT WAS LISTED AS AN OWNER OF THE PROPERTY IN 1964, KILLING HIMSELF IN THE BASEMENT BY GUNSHOT WOUND TO THE NECK ON FEB 14,1964 NOT ONLY WAS THE COUNTY ALTERED, THE HOSPITAL WAS ALTERED AND MOST SURPRISINGLY WAS THE RELATIONS OF JULIE LEICHT , THE NOW CHILDRENS DIRECTOR OVER 81 MILLION DOLLARS , SHE WAS THE SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR AND THE SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO CHARLIE DOOLEY.
      MUCH HAS COME FROM HER NEW APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION. FAMILY TIES AND RELATIONS WITH POLITICAL INFLUENCE IS STATED TO WHY SHE CURRENTLY HAS THIS POSITION ONLY. I CONTACTED JULEI LEICHT TO ASK HER OF THIS DOCUMENT AND SHE HAS RESPONDED STATING SHE IS FAMILIAR WITH THE DOCUMENT HOWEVER, DEMANDED TO KNOW WHY I WAS INTERESTED IN THE DOCUMENT. MY EMPLOYER WAS CONNECTED TO THESE PEOPLE AND CONTINIOUSLY TOLD ME TO JUST WALK AWAY AND DO NOT LOOK BACK. THE MOST IRONIC PART OF ALL OF THIS IS, AIG DEPLOYED HOMELAND SECURITY TRAINING IN THE BUILDING THAT I WORKED IN ( ILLINIOS) WHY IS AIG DEPLOYING HOMELAND SECURITY TRAINING ? THEY FORCED MNE INTO BANKRUPCY AND LIED TO THE COURT STATING I HAD NOT MADE A PAYMENT IN OVER A YEAR , FAILED TO SHOW THEY HAD ANY OWNERSHIP ( NOTE OR DEED ) WITH MY ATTORNEYS HAVING FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DEED AND HAVING VIEWED THE DEED THEY SHOULD HAVE STATED THE HOME WAS NOT A SECURED DEBT. GUESS WHAT THEY DID DO? THEY THREW ME UNDER THE BUS AND LIED OF THE COURT DATE AND CLEARLY WORKED AGAINST ME. I PLACED THE PAYMENT HISTORY INTO THE COURTS FILE WHICH REFUTED THE STATEMENT AND SHOWED HOW THEY CLEARY LIED. HOWEVER WORST OF ALL THE COURTS NEVER MADE THEN PRODUCE ONE NOTE AND OR DEED.
      I ARGUED THE DEED AND NOTE THE PLAINTIFF NEVER HELD. THE ENDORSEMENT OF THE SO CALLED NOTE WAS A BLANK PEICE OF PAPER WITH TWO STAMPS.
      THE PROBLEM THAT I HAVE LEARNED IN THE TWO ENDORSEMENT WERE ALSO FRAUDULENT AND CODED. ED FISHER AND CLIFF COTTON . THESE ARE ALIAS , WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY AND THE CENTENE CORPORATION AND THE UNIVERAL HELATH CENTER OF DENVER COLORADO. BOTH CLIFF COTTON AND ED FISHER ARE NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS LISTED WITH WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY OF STLOUIS. THIS IS ALSO THE ARMA MARTAR OF THE JUDGE PRESIDING OVER THE CASE. THIS IS A HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST HERE. SHE HAS REFUSED TO ANY COMPLAINTS OF FRAUD CALLING IT MOOT. THE PROBLEM HERE IS THE LOANS WERE NEVER SECURED. NOT ONLY WERE THEY NEVER SECURED THE STATE IS RESECURITIZING THESE LOANS AND SELLING THESE LOANS TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE IN FACT CREATING FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS. THE COURTS ARE WELL AWARE. THE FEDERAL COURT IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE SECURED BUILDING OF BANK OF AMERICA , WHOM IS ALSO THE HOME OF ARMSTRONG AND TEASDALE , AND THE COUNTIAN PAPER.
