Michigan: Lorraine Brown of DOCX (LPS) Pleads Guilty to Racketeering, A 20 Year Felony

LPS

From Curtis Hertel Jr.

It was just announced that we have our first conviction based on fraudulent assignments in Michigan. Lorraine Brown of LPS plead guilty to racketeering a 20 year felony. This is all based on documents handed over by my office and other registers from around the State of Michigan. I hope this is just the beginning of the prosecution of those responsible for illegally foreclosing on Michigan citizens.

More to come as we get it…

UPDATE: Michigan AG Press Release here…

The “nothing can be done” goes all the way to top. Geithner is gone but another rubberstamper in the banks’ pocketbook takes his place, no doubt. We have no friends in Washington unless the president decides to use a little of his “what do they call it” when someone builds their equity. Not sure Obama has the guts to do anything.. He wanted banking reform but there is still some reticence about him that goes along with the gang whose pockets get lined in campaigns to do their bidding. Hard to break old habits even though he is top banana!
The people are the last in line to gain equity or justice, in the Courts, in Congress and in our state legislatures.

That means NO ONE HAS JURISDICTION OVER THOSE DOCUMENTS…

ALL JUDGMENTS FALLS FLAT ON IT’S FACE…

VOID, VOID, IT’S TIME TO VACATE THE JUDGMENTS & DECLARE EVERY ASSIGNMENT VOID AND UNENFORCEABLE!!!!

BECA– USE THE LENDERS WAS NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE WHO HAD THE LEGAL RIGHT TO FORECLOSE ON THE DEED OF TRUST CONTRACT…

THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT THEY BROUGHT FRAUD UPON THE TRUST!

YOU CAN ONLY have ONE LENDER.. AND SERVICERS CAN’T 4CLOSE…
