I would like a phone number, ON THESE ATTY.’S , ATTY.’S ARE TOLD TO “BACK-OFF” CASES TAKE YOUR MONIES & NEVER SIGN ON CASES.

THE ATTY.’S W/NO” MORTGAGE CO.’S LEGAL IN FLA. & NEVER EXISTED, BY FLA. RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1.120. (A), FLA. O.F.R. 494 NOT LIC./REG. IN FLA. & FLA. STATUE; 865.09 “FACELESS-PLAINTIFF DOES NOT WORLK FOR “PRO.SE’S

atty.’s default, “No” plaintiff, “No” other defendants , back-dated assignments of mortgage,
broken chain of mortgageS (5) CO.’S ALL ON SAME DAY, JUDGES IN PASCO, FLA. PUT N.Y. ENTITIES INTO CASE GONE 12//31/10-NOW & GRANDFATHER THE ENTITY TO COVER-UP THE JUDICAL MISCONDUCT & OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE BY JUDGES IN PASCO.

I’VE BEEN FIGHTING FOR 5 1/2 + YRS. FRAUDCLOSURE STILL OPEN & RE-SOLD MY HOME FOR MY 4/12/05 “SINKHOLE” INS. CASE DEFRAUDED BY MY OWN INS. CO.

NOW I AM ILLEGALLY STOPPED FROM FILING PAPERS TO PREVAIL JUSTICE W// “OPEN’ paid for counterclaim, court took my $ 300. & I’M SCREWED.

THE COURTS SAY AFTER EVERYTHING ABOVE MY APPEALS ARE “FRIVIOLOUS”

FAR FROM IT, ONE ATTY. FILES A ‘BRIEF” W/ “NO” FLA. DEF. & WINS INS. CHECK,

SENT TO N.Y. “NO” FLA. ENTITY,
IT IS SO SAD THE COURTS ARE THIEVES,
JUSTICE IS “BLIND” DUE TO; SHE DOES NOT WANT TO “SEE” THE “TRUTH”…
I’VE BEEN VIOLATED MY “PRO.SE” LITIGANT’S “CONSTITUTIONAL” CIVIL RIGHTS.

  4. I am very interested in reviewing this material, any way to access it?

Try Pacer on the Internet (free account) and see if that might let you search for any 17th Circuit cases or events, that might bring it up.
