Dear Elizabeth Warren, Senators and Congressmen, President Obama.
American homeowners need protection from US Bank, SN servicing and their third parties. Did their attorneys Andrew Braaksma supervised by Paul Mckenna out of Coral Gables Florida knowingly submit forged documents to the Federal and State courts? Have they committed the crime of Uttering Forgery ? Are they just another law firm like the dis barred David Sterns, the “foreclosure King? It is clear that small Fines, the OCC, nor law enforcement have yet to stop the forgeries and falsified document being submitted to our courts by US Bank and their attorneys. A few judges will not go against the banks bad behavior but many Judges know the truth now and things are changing. We believe that serious interstate crimes have be violated and law enforcement needs to intervene, arrest and prosecute the attorneys and the bank officials who may be committing the crimes. Then you will see an end to the rape and fraud on our American Courts and families.
However…We can end this mess very quickly…We need state and national laws that simply says that no family / home owner can ever have their home taken and no Family can be evicted from their home until the home owner gets the final price that the bank legitimately auctioned the home for. Home owner should always have the last right of refusal no matter when an auction or sale takes place.
Set up rules to guarantee emergency low cost funding for the buy back by the home owner at rates that are mandated to help the home owner not put them in a harness of heavy interest. That only creates a guaranteed payment failure that is nothing more then hard labor payment servitude doomed for failure. Bankers have made slaves of the American Poor and Middle Class and that must change. Why should overseas countries, foreign companies and corporations buy our homes. They are taking in some cases a fortune in hard work, equity and deposits. Stop putting families on the street. Leaders of America and law Enforcement, Please defend and fight for justice for the American Families

It’s just more of the typical abuse of power going on these days! The corrupt courts and lawyers stole over $20,000 of personal property from me while I was trying to save my house from foreclosure. They even went and changed the locks on my home WITHOUT a court order!
I could have brought my account current with Chase Bank, but they wouldn’t accept the payment. I could have paid it off in full, but they also declined that!
At one point Chase Bank offered to do a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure with a cash incentive, but the court blocked that offer!
The banksters and corrupt courts made more profit by forcing the foreclosure and stealing whatever they could extra in the process. Filed police reports that were basically thrown out! Gee, I wonder who got the stolen property?
They failed to notify me with the scheduled court dates after they withdrew their case 3 times, and they did document tampering by placing documents in my file at the end of the foreclosure that they never provided me with in the beginning. In the document viewing room it states that it is a CLASS 4 FELONY for document tampering, but that doesn’t apply to lawyers!
You can report whatever you want about the corruption, but NOTHING will be done to stop it!
I even had a court recorder provide me with some documents that showed the corruption, and he wanted it stopped too, but that wasn’t enough to get law enforcement to take action on stopping the legalized theft!
If you try to fight it, they will just establish new rules “on the go plan” to cover their theft. There’s far too much money to be made with the legalized theft, and a lot of kickbacks that will force the foreclosure cases through the court system.
Isn’t it illegal for a Judge to contact a person by phone that has a case in his courtroom? Well, it apparently isn’t! The Judge in my case called me and wanted to know why so many people were filing complaints against him.
They are ABOVE ALL LAWS and they can do whatever they want!!!
    YOU CAN’T WIN!!!

And its not just the “lower” end of the economic scale that’s subjected to this nonsense. “60 Minutes” had an article about the heir to the Maybelline cosmetics fortune who’s net worth was, I think, about 500 million, who was shot dead in his home, after LA county invaded his home on trumped up drug charges. HIS HOME WASN’T EVEN IN LA COUNTY! When the local DA balked at turning the investigation into the murder of one of his constituents over to the LA D.A’s office the SHTF. Even so, it took years for the widow and kids to get their money and property back.
