Professor William Black TED Talk: The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One

“The above is NOTHING compared to the incentivized #mortgage fraud patterns and #consumer abuses #WellsFargo has perpetrated against Main Street since they toppled the economy in 2007-2008. Two million fake accounts? That is nothing compared to the suffering, wrongful foreclosures, forged docs and human misery this bank has perpetrated for a decade or more on human beings to simply make this man and his staff rich.”

  1. This video is 19:00 minutes long. Some of our membership has litigation that has progressed to the appellate level, and you are allowed 15 minutes of oral argument. I would suggest you play the first 14:59 to your panel of three judges, click pause, and inquire ‘I wonder if we should proceed for another four minutes of our preliinary remarks, then proceed a little more in depth?’ My case is currently before SCOTUS, and this will be our first 14:59…then on to the 15 pages of Writ of Certiorari, the 230pp of Appendix, the 1289 pages of court records, then our discussion…we started in November of 2012…I’ve been working for 1 bitcoin per day…..
