if GMAC was in Bankrupcy and Transferred LOANS to Ocwen Loan Services LLC, the Loans (Which is an asset of the Bankruptcy Estate Out of the Estate). Such a transfer without proof of Authority to do so implicates Bankrupcy Fraud (Which is a serious Crime punishable under united states criminal statutes) and Fraud on the court in a foreclosure Case where such an alleged assignment is relied upon by the foreclosing party.Ocwen purchased my loan out of the sale from GMAC AND IT IS SIGNED BY JEFFREY STEPHAN AS VP OF MERS, BACKDATED 1 YEAR BY DAVID STERN FROM DEC 2,2009 BACKDATED TO DEC.12,2008 AND THE NORARY IS CINDY A.STEWART ALSO A KNOWN ROBO SIGNER AND BRING FRAUD ON THE COURT
