As such, on behalf of all American home and property owners as well as taxpayers, I wish you a speedy departure and send you our collective and my own personal sentiments in the following video and words.

As you envision a stadium full of people signing these words, imagine if you will, EVERY HOMEOWNER IN AMERICA CHIMING IN AND COLLECTIVELY SINGING “NA NA NA NA – NA NA NA NA, HEY HEY, GOODBYE!!!! May I add good riddance too!
It’s nice to know you are now gone, but until Sharon, Bill and everyone at MERS and MERS itself is gone, I will not rest and neither will the ever increasing number of new advocates, activists, lawyers, politicians, journalists, and even judges who join me and our crusade each day. What will Bobby do now as he attempts to defend this corruption each day!
Imagine if you all had only heeded my warnings to you and MERS almost a decade ago? How many homes would we have saved? How many MBS investments would have been saved? How many property values? How many lives of borrowers who were forced to commit suicide? And, most importantly, how many America tax and pension fund dollars? You poo pooed my warnings to you on your forum and in my emails. Instead, you chose to continue the frauds and not address the issues and warnings I had articulately presented to you. Judge Gordon then warned of this day. You ignored him as well. We now have many State Supreme Courts that now agree with us so were we all wrong RK?
What about the many peace pipes I offered or about paying for your systems’ conversion to allow homeowners to know what data your “private system” contained on their properties and homes? Imagine all the people… (oh, that’s another song for another day) and their home, lives, and psyches…
Yet, when the real truth comes out, and it will come out as it always does in the “light” of day, its not “all” about how you and your CONhorts stole from the American homeowner, it’s how you stole from our nation and the American people’s most valuable security blanket, our collective pension, insurance, mutual, and retirement funds. That loss is still being calculated and hidden from the American people. Unfortunately, that dooms day scenario is still to be played out.
The onion layers of fraud, forgery, and fabrication you helped create will continue, this I am sure. However, the eyes of the American people are growing as well as our knowledge of the deceit and its underlying motives. As you go, please preserve all printed and electronic records and evidence in both your MERS and personal files, electronic devices, portable computers, smart phones and the like. Your days as MERS president are all gone, but not your days as a Defendant in numerous lawsuits, including one by me, and as a witness in depositions across the nation. No RK, your days of depositions are only going to grow as you are personally named in suits across the nation.
Hopefully, as the judgments pile up, it will be YOUR home that we all take one day so that you can feel the indignity and pain you have needlessly caused so many. I’ve always wondered how men and women like you and Sharon sleep at night while so many suffer at the American nightmare that you helped to create. Perhaps the next MERS CEO will heed my olive branch and offer to fix the system and the cesspool you and others helped to create. Maybe not. However, in any event, I will continue to do what I do each day while you and your Conhorts certainly will continue to attack me, my family, and others. However, I too have many Army Ranger buddies from living in Savannah who have my back covered, so you and the others best behave! So, where do we go from here??? (another song…)
Is hand-to-hand combat where we’re headed? Have you and the others so bankrupt our system and pocketbooks that America, when ALL the music stops playing and everyone finds there were never any chairs there, come to riot in the streets and total anarchy ensues? What scenarios have you plotted and what is the ultimate outcome for our nation and economy? What will happen to you personally and all the CEO of Wall St firms and banks when the people get their pitch forks, as Obama warned, and come looking for you and the others? How much thought have you given to that?
How many psychopaths are out there, like the nut job in AZ who will find out they are dying of cancer and having lost their wives, dogs, homes, and trailers, will come looking for you and the others with their gun and rifles? How many? Each day I hear and read the cries and screams of so many victims and as understanding as I am, I unfortunately see the future. I see their anger and angst turning into massive rage, depression, psychosis and total irrational thoughts! Fortunately for me, my psyche is strong, theirs is not. There will come a day when they stop killing themselves and turn their cloudy and confused focus onto others such as yourself and the CEOs of each Wall St firm and bank. Unfortunately, that day is coming sooner, than later!
How many illegal foreclosure in GA, where MERS claimed to be the “secured creditor,” will be overturned? How many lawsuits there and elsewhere will you be personally named in? The numbers are staggering!
Palin’s website’s gun sights will be turned to the banksters, foreclosure mill lawyers and people like you who have targeted them with this fraud and these schemes. If the courts do not provide justice, I am sure they will seek their own justice as more and more victims lose all they have. You need to study up on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Shelter, food and protection come first! The people in the streets are not as actualized as I am, this I can assure you.
Why RK, why? How can a man be so programmed to kill for his country and travel anywhere in 15 minutes turn against his own nation? Why did you and the others like you (especially Bill Foley) who were sworn and trained to protect the land, sovereignty, and people of the United States turn traitor? The plot and scheme by your “band of brothers” that included many former Army rangers and military intelligence officers is coming out as you are going out. I guess, timing is everything!

This open letter say’s it all point blank to RK and to all those who follow in his foot steps and to those who walk in front of RK. We must not exclude All involved with the financial industry. Greed was/is so rampant , widespread and growing unchecked, with blood rushing through their veins, the rush of greed for money and power proved to be the lurking enemy that would trip them to fall. The Burden of Proof has been spoken and proven, and it is up to our leaders and the courts at all levels, to see that Justice is done in the proper legal process as in all criminals cases.
Many years ago I was told the distance between being sane or insane was the width of a strand of hair. Not far to slip into insanity. So one must think of today, just how many are on the brink of insanity. One who has lost everything and no jobs to see the light. Then there are other’s that have a strong constitution who are deeply angered by the condition of our country and the massive fraud done by the fraudsters of the banks, federal reserve and wall street…with government protecting all of them. Our government is for the people, by the people, yet at some point the government took the wrong fork in the road and went the way where money talks. Nothing for the citizen’s but grief and loss, an intense emotional suffering. This strong constitution harbors the deep anger until the anger needs refief and this is when riots and massive disorder spreads. Is this not of concern to our government? So far I would say they are blind to that fact. This anger lurks in the shadows with no warning.
