Often letters have DIFFERENT addresses on the top of the envelopes and included inside letters. After MANDATORY fingerprints taken and saved and letter has NO FINGERPRINTS …at all (gloves!) – ENTIRE OFFICE MUST BE DISMISSED. Service to indentifying persons created obviously falsified papers MUST BE FREE FOR CUSTOMERS, Fees for such Services must be very high and paid by the financial institutions. Hopefully, we will have much less FAKE papers.

My dear! you need to make TABLE OF CONTENTS, where you need to LIST all documents you provided. Or in the end of your LETTER adressed to you bank state: ENCLOSURE: __#__ Pages. List them ALL in there. Bind them together like book. What a jerks!!! Wells Fargo filed to foreclosure on my house but this bank has NO STANDING!

thank you i hope we get some attention this cant go on. the other day i lost it on the phone with wells fargt. i sent my 2nd set of paper work they request 2/3. they said the didnt receive it at 4pm 2/22. i went home found the fedex tracking # and called back. the 1st person tells we still do not have it i ask for a supervisor and told her about the tracking # . guess what happened my miracle my paper work appeared. but gues what they deliberatly scanned only one peice telling me i didnt send all that was requested. brings back memories of last year when i was faxing my info and it was “shredded”. now what do i have to do to send papers to wells fargot. return receipt is obvioiusly not enough. they now can ssay i didnt send what was requested. i vent, i want to scream. this whole mod thing is a scam. so yes i can not wait to go to tally.. please any one reading this please come to tally we need numbers and signs. strength in numbers we have to protect our homesteads from theise people.
