Hacker Collective Anonymous To Release Documents Proving Bank Of America Committed Fraud This Monday
After Julian Assange crashed and burned in his threat to release documents that expose fraud at Bank of America, many thought he had been only bluffing, and that BofA is actually clean. Not so fast. A member of the hacker collective Anonymous, which singlehandedly destroyed “hacker defense” firm HB Gary, who goes under the handle OperationLeakS “is claiming to be have emails and documents which prove “fraud” was committed by Bank of America employees, and the group says it’ll release them on Monday” reports Gawker. As to the contents of the possible disclosure: “”He Just told me he have GMAC emails showing BoA order to mix loan numbers to not match it’s Documents. to foreclose on Americans.. Shame.”

What will it take to ‘turn the tide’ on the massive illegal actions of the financial industry. It’s so prevalent, it’s accepted as the new norm. The interesting things to watch now is the financial entities fighting it out amongst each other, as to who defrauded who the most. FRAUD when discovered is protected because it’s ‘trade secrets’, oh my! It’s like you walking from one 7-11 store to the next robbing them, while the cops waive to you, knowing full well you’re going to the next.
The citizenry would not be in this situation had the banks been allowed to fail, or if the money had been given to ‘us’ as credits to pay down personal debt. That however, would have created a ‘sense’ of a free ride. It appears that only the banks get free rides, as the actions, or lack thereof by the 50 Attorney Generals demonstrate.
The worst is yet to come and I am very pessimistic because, the majority of people are just lying down.
Monday should bring some interesting results for someone,hopefully good for us as they have chosen to ignore everything else up to this point.

Actually, there are plenty of documents which show that BoA committed fraud, but maybe they are going to release documents showing that BoA executives ordered it. Of course, that is obvious, but still, having some smoking gun type of evidence would be nice.
Unfortunately, since the prosecutors are taking cash from the banksters in exchange for a complete lack of prosecution, even with a mountain of evidence, the prosecutors still will not prosecute.
If I were involved with Anonymous, I would check the BoA datat to see if the names of any prosecutors or regulators came up in documents showing that they were paid off to look the other way. Maybe if the public finally realizes that the prosecutors are on the take, they will take action to get rid of the corrupt prosecuting scumbags who prosecute the poor but never prosecute the rich and powerful banksters!
They are all in for the money….that is the bottom line. We are dealing with a government that has fallen into the pit of crime right along with all the rest of the racketeers.
