The sad story’s should be coming from the Banks who have committed FRAUD, and have come to court, many times before they had the right to file a suit, then filed forged, fraudulent assignments of mortgage, and under the Clean Hands Doctrine should lose their interest.
Let the law prevail, case by case, and force prosecutors to enforce the laws on the books, and Judges to recognize when the Clean Hands Doctrine applies.
Otherwise accept that Banks, Wall Street and the Insurance Companys own our Government and Courts.
Unfortunately, many sad stories but we need to push through the mess to correct the market. That’s the reality of the situation!

Does anyone know if a home that has been foreclosed, has ever been given back to the borrower because of many counts of Fraud throughout the refinance and foreclosure?
Additionally, does anyone happen to know the laws in Maine regarding forecloseures?

Wow… just wow… If you watch the first video, the bring up MERS. Yet they dance around the consequence of a servicer who cannot prove who has the right to foreclose. They’re addressing everything but the most vital issue.
