David Stern strikes back, sues banks
Embattled foreclosure attorney David J. Stern has filed about $15 million in claims against eight lenders he formerly represented.
Stern recently filed eight lawsuits in Miami-Dade and Broward counties against the very lenders that once hired him to handled tens of thousands of foreclosures.
The lenders are GMAC Mortgage LLC, U.S. Bank, MetLife Bank, Space Coast Credit Union, Chase Home Finance LLC, Ocwen Loan Servicing, Nationstar Mortgage LLC and PNC Bank.
The complaint against GMAC alleges that the mortgage company breached its contract with Stern to the tune of $6 million when it stopped using his services.

$tern is a puppet -the FED pulls all the strings-they have dozens of $terns.
This so called “suit” will drag out for years-the Courts are now the stage for the Puppets.
They will all “settle” and keep things confidential-no one will have to rat out anyone.

They are going to blow each other up. If there is a trial both sides would make sure the fraud is out in the open. We fired him because Stern was involved in fraud. Stern would say they told us to do it and here’s the proof. They should put this on Pay for View. I would pay to watch all these crooks beat each other to death.

Would it not be ironic if Mr. Stern started representing homeowners against the banks. He knows what decepitive practices were used to fraudclose and he could say he was directed by the banks and Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac on how and what procedures were to be used. He could make alot of wrong………RIGHT! Its getting VERY interesting!
