OUTRAGE OF THE DAY- Exactly Who Runs The Courtroom?
And then, finally my case was called. The case was sounded and I stepped forward. I spoke, and the court replied, “SUMMARY JUDGMENT GRANTED!” but then I said, “Your honor, I’m here for the defendant”, to which the court replied, ‘YOUR MOTION IS DENIED”. So then I explained, it’s the court’s order I seek to enforce…and my motion was granted.
I should have just turned around and headed back to the office… I won. I’m already in enough trouble for caring enough about things and people that I’m not paid to represent…..but somewhere in my fighter’s mind, I remembered that Oath I took. I spoke up….I bowed…I curtsied, I begged, I deferred….
“May I approach your honor? May I speak? Thank you. Your honor, as an officer of the court, begging your pardon, pleading for your mercy. I have a real problem with what is occurring right over there beside us. Forgive me, but it just strikes me as a bit inappropriate when parties are taking your stamp and kachunking orders. What would this look like to the general public? Is this what our forefathers had in mind when they conceived of our fair and independent judicial system?”
To which the court replied (more or less):
“You’ll have to take that up with the legislature….we don’t have proper funding and we cannot bother with your concerns. We don’t have staff. We’re doing what we have to do here….move along please.”
And so it goes, and so it goes. And all of this in the shadow of a very significant lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union that more or less documents with excruciating evidence and particularity, the claims and allegations that I describe in this post. I will suffer for daring to publish these facts and for sharing these thoughts, but is this not the very highest calling of my profession?

something is so terribly wrong in our country. homeowners are being terrirized and robbed by these thugs.
the court should protect us. it should not be a clearinghouse, rubber stamp factory for the goons who are committing fraud.

i am encouraged by the various Registar of Deeds in the different counties. it sounds like they are the ones who are trying to protect property rights on the front lines of this assault.

Keep exposing the courts refusal to follow the civil rules of procedure, and the laws that have been in effect for hundreds of years. These courts and judges who choose to do this are no better than police officers who lie to convict a person they believe to be guilty, only to discover decades later “through DNA samples” to be innocent.

America is on the verge of a revolution. Indeed it seems they “the people in charge” want it. I fear that when it happens, the people who created this mess, will be at the forefront of this revolution, just as the creation of the Federal Reserve, was a reaction to the public’s outrage over the Banksters manipulation of the stock market over a hundred years ago, that created a central bank that was owned and controlled by the same bankers.
We must not let this happen again.
I know that to be effective you must not alienate yourself to the courts, and you must choose the battles wisely that you fight, and when you do fight, over what is right, you must expose it, and appeal it to the highest court in the land in order to secure rule of law for everyone.
Pity the judges and officers of the court who have betrayed their oaths, and one day must stand before God in judgement.

I really don’t know where they are or have been…BUT…if you find them or see them….tell them a whole lot of shit is hiting the fans in the courts….members are being thrown out of court…when the lawyers are in the right. The frig’en foreclosure courts need to be shut down. BUT on the other hand…the Florida Bar may be playing golf with the banksters association…..they already took over the Capitol…….

Did the homeowners not show up for court? Were there any attorneys there representing the plaintiff? The foreclosure mills just come and produce fraudulent documents and are granted foreclosures? Are there any rules in Florida courtrooms? How is there even such a thing as non-judicial foreclosures in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA? Is that not itself UNCONSTITUTIONAL? How could this be done to anyone in America without due process? I do not get it. I know in Illinois it is a judicial state and the Il Supreme Ct. ruled for forced loan mediations and I even think that is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This means the highest court in the State is trying to force or mislead homeowners into establishing a new debt without making the pretender lender prove they are due any money. It is all criminal if you ask me. The B.S. has to stop.

This is really interesting angry and not taking it. I had a feeling that alot, maybe all of these Judges and Congressmens pension funds were heavily invested in the fraudulent MBS’s. Sad thing is, these judges don’t realize, that their mentality to ‘get the money back’ for their pension investments and such, just wildly granting foreclosures WILL NOT accomplish their intended desires for their lost investments. And when more and more people realize the fraud involved, but had walked rather than fight (97% of cases) and decide to step back in and fight for what they lost, this will become an even bigger problem. The judges and sheeple in this country need to wake up!!!

I vent…SILLY WOMAN….you ask if there are any rules in the Florida courtrooms….Of course there are rules on other cases…but with foreclosures…it appears the rules are made up as the judge see’s fit to his own liking and most judges are very arrogant to lawyers…as if that lawyer had the nerve to even be in that court with a defendant trying to save their home. The foreclosure courts here are no longer a Court of Justice…as everyone knows…it sucks…NOT all judges are in this classification….BUT…one does not know what judge they will get. Some judges don’t even want to hear of any fraud in the case…you stop making payments…you just lost the house. It’s like you want the judge to take off his robe and step outside to settle the matter….so what is a little confrontation when a judge has defiantly refused any justice in a court room….the results are premeditated before your case is even called…Florida is judical….and a criminal gets a free public defender and has a better chance of walking free than a homeowner……Also…in Lee County, it is known that if the plaintiff (bank) lawyer does not show…there are other plainfill lawyers waiting for their cases to foreclose, so the court just has any lawyer stand in the empty space and the bank wins the case. Now I can’t say that goes on in all courts..but ….maybe it does. Yes…Florida has or did have (cause you never hear of it anymore) the high court ruled loan mediation…but that was such a farce…to mediate when in fact they never even mentioned the bank to have standing with the original note….come on…do I have a tatoo on my forehead of sucker? When I consulted with an attorney after being served with a foreclosure complaint, he point blank told me “the STATE owns everything, we own nothing”. It’s about knowing who you are and how to operate in commerce as a human being, not as a ‘person’ or ‘resident’ or any of the myriad of words they use to enslave the masses.

Mr. Weidner, if you suffer, I will use all my wits and ability to put words down with a keyboard to vanquish your honor. I will spare few words for the judge, chief judge and Circuit where you are censored and or in any way mistreated for speaking against the viligantism that has come in like pirates and taken over our courts.
People listen, here we have two of the greatest defenders of our rights: Mr. Mark Stoppa and Mr. Matthew Weidner, and we must be prepared to lay down the happy hour cheap drinks and get out and picket these circuit courts that silence and or intimidate our lawyers and make their clients suffer because they dared speak up.

I think what the robo-judges are banking on, is that fewer and fewer people will care as they clear their rocket-dockets and this means a shut down of protests on web sites, emails, and public demonstrations.
