I can’t believe we are going through this AGAIN!
Over the last few years we have come up against the courts blocking access to observers in foreclosure proceedings.
Most recently, we received reports from observers and actual defendants being denied court access.
What is this, the Star Chambers?
Well, what we did, again, was got in contact with the protectors of our rights and the results are below.
From the beginning of this fight, all we ever asked was for the courts to follow the law. I can’t believe that this is STILL happening after all that has been exposed.

What you said is right, Ivent. People are giving up their most cherished material posession–their home–because the propaganda the banks have spread is that the “deadbeat borrowers” didn’t make their payments. The banks never mention the fact that they APPROVED the loans, or that they pushed the borrowers into loans that were more expensive than they could have qualified for, or that the banks themselves bet against the loans they knew would fail because they qualified the borrowers at a teaser interest rate, rather than the fully indexed interest rate. And I guess the real biggie is that the banks didn’t lend a single penny of their money. They are stealing homes that they have no vested interest in, claim to, or loss on. The greedy, evil banksters made money off of the borrower’s signature and credit file, without disclosing that little fact to the borrower. In every case, the loans were fraudulently induced and the borrower was never in default. The investors who put money in pools which was supposed to be used to fund loans were ripped off, the borrowers were ripped off, the insurance companies were ripped off, and with broker yield spread premiums, hedge funds and credit default swaps, the bankers cleaned everyone’s clock. Now they want immunity for their crimes! They have some big brass ones, because they’ve been able to buy anybody they needed to, so far. What arrogance.
Thanks Nora, the most dangerous thing to do is believe the lie that if you don’t pay the mortgage you have to leave your home….then they have you. I just watched a great Occupy video on you tube entitled Mike Meyers visits Occupy…there is a young man at the end of the video who really spoke the truth…He said that Protests are just Protests and don’t really create a change…DEMANDS DO…and when DEMANDS ARE NOT MET..that causes Revolution…..This young man suggested for starters, the Protestors should DEMAND AN END TO RESIDENTIAL FORECLOSURES….He is right…We The People need to start making demands with follow up actions that they will really feel if our demands are not met….Like a Nationwide Mortgage or a Property Tax Revolt..WE need boycotts and walk outs and people who are not in fraudclosure to go to Chancery Court and see how they are stealing the homes from the people for Wall Streets crimes ..We have to make demands and stop complying and conforming…So long as peole are participating in this tyranny, we are allowing them to financially weaken us by using any of their banks, credit, credit cards and debit cards we give them power to steal from all us..People may not know that the Credit Unions and small banks are also all FDIC insured…they are a part of the tyranny as well…The ESTABLISHMENT is just tricking all of us again by moving our money into the hands of the same cabal that intentionally caused all of this destruction….. Foreclosure courtrooms would be a very good place for American Patriots to Occupy….There is alot of shady stuff going on in these courtrooms and the people should bear witness to the ignorant and despicable way the people’s rights and the laws that were put in place to protect us are being ignored and as Marcy Kaptur put it, the people are being treated like chattel..
Occupy should come out of the cold and bear witness to the amount of fraudclosures per day and the way they are stealing our homes and our country for the MASSIVE FRAUD DEBT CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE GSE’s and WALL STREET……it is appalling…stacks and stacks…THE MEDIA SHOULD OCCUPY ONE OF THESE PROCEEDINGS AS WELL…THIS IS A WAKE UP CALL…THE FRAUDCLOSURES MUST STOP! Readdocs..That is a great idea..These Judges and bank attorneys are getting away with throwing this country under the bus because people do not know they are losing their homes not because of something they did wrong but because of the crimes of the GSE’s and Wall Street…The people blame themselves and are brainwashed into thinking that if you don’t pay the mortgage you have to get out of your home…That is a BIG LIE….Like Marcy Kaptur said, property law is power…There is alot more to property rights and property law than people realize….What the powers that be have been counting on is what we don’t know and they have ALL of the attorneys in their corner…I have not found an attorney to date that is willing to fight for my Property Rights. They tell you they will help and then they turn around and tell you that you have to negotiate with the pretender lender of you cannot win…when you tell them what about all of the fraud and forgeries they say, FUGGETABOUT IT….! Your so right, but what has me so upset is the way this great nation and are so called leaders don’t even cover up the fraud anymore. The fact that our own judicial system has state judges that rule in favor of banks and award homes to the Banksters through fraud is just insane. Our civil rights are doomed.
