Attorney General Bondi’s Priority Consumer Protection Legislation Passes First Stop in the Florida House of Representatives
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.–Attorney General Pam Bondi issued the following statement on the unanimous passage of the “Timeshare Resale Accountability Act,” House Bill 1001 in the House of Representative’s Business and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee. House Bill 1001 is sponsored by Representative Eric Eisnaugle; the bill’s counterpart, Senate Bill 1408, is sponsored by Senate Majority Leader Andy Gardiner.
“Timeshare resale fraud is my office’s number one complaint and this good bill will protect timeshare owners from deceptive and unfair marketing practices that attempt to defraud consumers,” stated Attorney General Pam Bondi. “I applaud Representative Eric Eisnaugle and the House of Representative’s Business and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee for unanimously passing this bill today.”

This is not enough, and will never be enough to protect anyone from the …..TIMESLEAZE DISEASE….!!! The root of the problem is not with the….TIMESLEAZE RESALE SCAMMERS….but with the unregulated….TIMESLEAZE INDUSTRY….itself. Just like a poorly kept property can become a breeding ground for (RATS, AND MOSQUITO’S), and scum alike, so does a poorly REGULATED STATE also become the….BREEDING GROUNDS…. for this type of SCUM & SLIME. This industry is the root of the problem with it’s EXUBERANT and mostly false SALES PITCHES to their IMMODESTLY HIGH PRICING to the EVER RISING MAINTENANCE FEES, and of course last but not necessarily least the ever present PERPETUITY CLA– USE LACED CONTRACT which binds you for life, and into death, and even after death, the havoc wreaked on family members is just plain disgusting. The TIMESLEAZE INDUSTRY just keeps building and selling and building and selling to the point where there is little if any liquidity in this product at all. Don’t believe me? Look on eBay! Look on Craigslist! you’ll see. Hundreds, and Thousands of these illiquid timescum listed for pennies, nickles & dimes, and that doesn’t include the ones where people have stopped listing them because they can’t move these worthless things. Is it any wonder that DISGRUNTLED OWNERS have become so desperate to end their TIMESLEAZE AGREEMENTS that an overwhelming sense of disparity has led to the vultures circling overhead awaiting an opportunity to move in and go for the kill! Think this is enough? What a F#!KING JOKE….LOL….Ha..Ha.

Sham there are much more homeowners in Florida than time share property owners, she made a fake statement above, I will not read further as a fake statement is all fake for the other-parts. Pam is a one time AG, she should not be in this job period.
In her own defense Ms. Blondie explained,
“By ‘number one,’ I just meant ‘favorite.’ Ya know, like, Aurora is my office’s “number one” Disney Princess. Oh. Wait. What? Aurora is a bank with close ties to the Law Offices of David Stern? Oh….that, like, totally changes everything. Me and my office staff–we, like, TOTALLY thought Aurora was a Disney Princess….”
Blondie’s staff is now looking into the Aurora matter and has promised to like totally get back to us as soon as they swap out the posters in the Attorney General’s office……
