Faux Foreclosure Cleanup Was Really Theft
A man said he arrived at his Altarstone Drive residence around 12:30pm on April 2. He saw a white woman and a white man loading items into a silver pickup truck in his back yard.
When the resident confronted them, they told him they were from the mortgage company and were there to clean the house out because it was going into foreclosure. The man said he checked with his mortgage company and was told no one should be cleaning out the house.
When the resident tried calling the number the couple gave him, they hung up on him. A laptop, jewelry, clock, desk top computer, and TVs were stolen. The total value was $8,300. No further descriptions were given of the suspects. He believes the truck was a Toyota.

Nah, you don’t have to be from a bank to pretend that you are, sheesh! This is a whole new business opportunity for any crook to just go in to any house they think might have some good loot, and take whatever they want. It’s no different from the foreclosure companies themselves, just picking and choosing which house they want.
All you have to do is say ‘I’m from the Bank’ and everyone will believe you…it’s been working for years and has never been able to be verified. Hell, I could open up a Foreclosure Trustee company in my spare bedroom, make up NOD’s, record them, and then take houses with nobody to stop me.

So the contract management companies for the banks are moonlighting? Same people that the banks are dealing with! Crooks! We have lost our way in the U.S. by allowing a plutocracy to take charge of our real estate and homes. Even now, the government has allowed out of the country buyers to mop up the foreclosures by selling them off in multiparcels. No one to stop them. Real Estate can be purchased and owned by anyone, anywhere! Does not have to be a citizen. All they need is money, cash and they can often gain access to the U.S. as property owners. We have a lot more to worry about in our future!
