Bar files 17-count complaint against David Stern
Former high-profile foreclosure attorney David Stern is accused of failing to adequately supervise his 1,500-employee Plantation firm, once the largest foreclosure law firm in Florida.
The Florida Bar has filed a formal complaint against Plantation attorney David Stern, whose prolific law firm represented the nation’s largest lenders during the foreclosure crisis.
The 17-count complaint filed Wednesday accuses Stern of failing to adequately oversee his supervisory employees, which led to missed trials, hearings and case management conferences; improperly notarized documents; and clients suddenly left without representation when the firm quit thousands of cases en masse.
Stern, who once ran the largest foreclosure law firm in Florida with 1,500 employees, stopped practicing law last year after being fired by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and numerous banks.

So? What’s your point ,, he won’t fight it ,, why should he .. he’s busy cruising the Caribbean on his yacht with 100 million $$$ … could he face a $1000 fine ? maybe disbarrment? That’ll keep him up at night..
