Wells Fargo Foreclosed Home Filled with Feces and Trash, Officials’ Hands Tied
LONOKE COUNTY (KATV) — Do you have a foreclosed home in your neighborhood? Is someone taking care of the property?
Channel 7 News is finding out that not all homes are being taken care of, leaving the neighbors to take matters into their own hands.
KATV was contacted by a Lonoke County resident after he said he’d reached dead ends trying to get a disgusting situation resolved, involving a foreclosed home at 64 Caddo Trails in Jacksonville.
“The stench is so bad, when you open up the door that it will make you sick. It’s just completely trashed, probably a foot and a half to two feet deep. It’s standing in dog feces, human feces,” said Scott Camp.
