Why would the originating “lender” Florida Home Equity LLC have a stamp that had a PAY TO THE ORDER OF FLAGSTAR BANK and have to hand write there own name Florida Home Equity LLC? Isnt the purpose of a stamp to reduce what you have to write? Not buying it…

This is so disgusting. Falsification of an affidavit of military service is not surprising given the levels of fraud, deception, and foreclosure mill misconduct, but there is a special disgust felt at this violation of the rights of an active duty American.
Shame on you Ben Ezra Katz foreclosure mill. To learn of this on our shared Jewish holiday, Rosh Hashanah, is a great affront. La Shana Tova?

Always in the past when you make your last payment according to the note, any note, housing included of course you get the original sent to you marked paid up! Folks used to have a burn the note party. No more payments!!!
I ask again, who will send that to you now that noone seems to know where the original is and who had it last?
Wouldn’t it be awful if you paid all those years and when you made the last payment you didn’t receive the paid up note, but instead, in a month or two got a notice from a foreighn financial institution that you owe them much more and even worse, that you have not been paying them but someone else instead so they are either going to foreclose or you can start paying thousands to them, the rightful holder of the original note!
We MUST look at the long term ramifications in this housing mess!
I’d also ask, can you endorse a wet-ink note with a stamped signature? Because that’s what I think I’m looking at, not a photocopy of a real signature.
