Ever consider that the reason for Wells closing ML-Implode’s account might have more to do with the “affiliate” transactions than angst about their stories? The original blog article written and published by ML-Implode revealed that “affiliate” transactions were disrupted, and that Well’s traced transactions from the Rest Report to ML-Implode’s account.
While Restreportmatters.com shows as an ML-Implode domain that is registered to Martin Andelman, and ML-Implode admits that Rest Report is an “affiliate” in the story, I do not see any disclosure of ML’s financial interest or “affiliate” relationship on either website. In exploring the RestReportMatters.com website, and requesting a sample report, I discovered that the Rest Report sells for $795 and with added loan modification service can cost upward to $2795. I clicked on the loan modification services and was directed to LoanModHelpCenter.com which is a lead generation site. I called the number on the site, and reached a person who worked for a mod firm who said that he received the call as an affiliate referral. I was told that there was no upfront fee, but that funds were held in a client savings account until a modification was completed and accepted. By the way, I was also told that the Rest Report itself was not effective on its own and works best with modification assistance.
ML-Implode had a prior affiliation with Green Credit Solutions. In fact, ML-Implode referred to GCS as a “partner”. The DRE/Cal Bar shut down GCS and their subsequent identities, and there is a pending criminal matter.
I’d be interested in knowing more about the “affiliates” and “affiliate transactions” before buying the whole “Wells Fargo is picking on us sob story”.
I just want to update everyone that has had an issue with Wells breaking into their home. I just got a settlement from them. It isn’t earth shaking but worth it. Please if they come into your home uninvited try to go after them and take photo’s. It is the one thing that judges find insane. They are criminals!!!
